- Express Services
- Same-day completion of washing, drying, and folding is available.
- Orders received after 2:00 PM may not qualify for same-day completion.
- Express services are billed at double the standard price as indicated on our price list.
- Prohibited Items
We do not accept heavily soiled or stained items containing unknown substances, biohazards, or materials deemed unsafe. - Hygiene & Sanitation
We maintain high hygiene standards in all cleaning processes to ensure safe handling and delivery of garments. - Customer Confidentiality
All customer information is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. - Complaints
Complaints must be lodged within 24 hours of delivery. Issues reported after this period may not be eligible for resolution. - Changes to Policy
Shalah Rex Laundry reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in cases where items are lost, irreparably damaged, or not cleaned according to the service description. - Resolution Options
- Replacement of the item
- Rewash at no additional cost
- Partial or full refund based on item value
- Refund Process
Customers must submit refund requests within 24 hours of receiving their order, along with proof of payment and evidence of the issue. - Exclusions
- Garments with undisclosed special care requirements
- Damage caused by wear and tear, defective fabrics, or pre-existing conditions
- Stains or damage not disclosed at the time of drop-off
