Terms of Service

1. Service Description
   Shalah Rex Laundry provides professional washing, drying, ironing, and folding services, including express same-day options.
2. Payment Terms
   Payment must be made at the time of order placement or collection. We accept cash, bank transfers, and online payments via Paystack.
3. Garment Care
   Customers are responsible for ensuring that garments are suitable for washing and dry cleaning. Care labels must be followed, and any special requirements should be communicated at the time of order.
4. Special Care Items
   Delicate fabrics, beaded garments, or designer wear require special handling. Customers must notify us in advance so proper care can be applied.
5. Liability for Lost or Damaged Items
   In the event of loss or damage, our liability is limited to the replacement of the item or reimbursement up to the current market value.
6. Collection and Delivery
   Collection and delivery are available daily between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Standard turnaround is within 3 days. Late collections may attract an additional charge of 10% of the total bill.
7. Customer Responsibility
   Customers must ensure garments are properly prepared for laundry, including emptying pockets, checking for valuables, and securing zippers and buttons.
